Just browsing the net when I was shocked to see this....
The Daily Express cover price is a mere 8 shillings! (that's 40 new pennies to you youngsters).
And to think that, for as long as I can remember, I have been shelling out 9 bob each day for the Daily Mail....
Looks like the circulation of the Daily Express is about to go up by one...
